Incorrect code link for the paper ARGAN: Attentive Recurrent Generative Adversarial Network for Shadow Detection and Removal

The Readme.md file links to https://github.com/VITA-Group/ShapeMatchingGAN as the implementation of the said paper. That implementation is much closer to Shape Matching GAN than the ARGAN paper. The link should be removed from there.
