Hi, I am trying to use hlaPredict to predict the HLA-A alleles based on the pre-fitted models. I got a HLA_A value file containing the allele1 and allele2, so I am wondering if the predicted alleles are genotype or haplotype. How can I use the HLA_A value file for subsequent association analysis?
