Integrate model converters

I don't like this, but maybe it will be helpful we can collect them into one tool such that we won't wonder if we can convert ONNX from/to a specific format.

• from tflite
• from tensorflow
• from json
• to json
• to ?

Please help to list any converters you know or are interested in.
