Why does the HPC-NOW installer needs the admin privilege?

Here are the main reasons:

1. The HPC-NOW main service 'hpcopr' is designed run as the unique and dedicated system user - 'hpc-now'. Therefore, the installer needs the admin/root privilege to create/update/delete this user.
2. The hpc-now service needs special key folders, e.g. /usr/.hpc-now, /Applications/.hpc-now, C:\hpc-now. The installer needs admin/root privilege to create these folders and/or manage the permissions.
