Causing black screen in Netflix and Prime Video app

When i am running this program I cant watch netflix or Prime Video Apps in full screen. It triggers their copy protection.

I exit Traffic Monitor and full screen works??

Is there screen recording going on within this app?

I figured it out I think it was the transparency settings in the taskbar? not sure as i clicked a few options on and off at the same time. all good now.
