Is it possible to use this tool with mouse data? if not, Is there a way to train our own models?

Hi torgheh,

I have included the training script under extdata. I am not sure if there are lots of cite-seq or reap-seq data available in the field right now. But you can use them to train the model (quite computational expensive though)
