Issues with neovim 0.5 or new coc version

Hi all,

I had an issue with the last version of either neovim or coc (or both, don't really know). Suddenly, everything stops working, and I guess this should be an issue with the triggerPatterns parameter, as completion works when the triggerOnly: true is removed or set to false (completion works everywhere, not only after To, Cc, Bcc, etc.).

Is there any way to debug it. I have tried checking the log generated by Coc, but I cannot find any clue.
