[BUG] No inline blame in WSL

Not really sure if it's a bug (or a paid feature for WSL) but running this in WSL doesn't show any inline blame. Works totally fine when using locally

On IDEA 2024.3.5 and GitToolBox 600.1.0+243

Hi, it should work also under WSL.

Could you check:

1. if 'Annotate with Git Blame' from gutter works?
2. are there any errors in IDE logs when you open a file? (Help > Open Log in Editor)
