[Device Support Request] Aqara ML-S03D motion sensor not pairing with ZHA

Problem description

The Aqara motion sensor ML-S03D cannot be reliably paired or used with ZHA. During pairing, the device either does not appear at all or joins incompletely and does not report motion events. The same behavior occurs after a factory reset and multiple pairing attempts. Other Aqara devices pair and work correctly in the same Zigbee network, which suggests this is a device-specific compatibility or quirk issue rather than a coordinator or network problem.
