* feat: add support for BinaryOutput cluster

* Apply pre-commit auto fixes

* Fix typo in `_is_supported`

* Derive from `BaseSwitch` to reduce duplication

* Clean up

* Fix failing unit test

* Add a synthetic unit test device

* Replace unnecessary translation key with a unit test exemption

* Add an explicit unit test

* Increase test coverage to encompass entity handling of `None` value

* Extend unit test to handle `async_update` as well
