Issue with Echo files embedded within a course

Bug with integrated authentication.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Embed Echo content within a course
2. Setting Appearance -> Display = Embed
3. View content

Expected behaviour:

• Content displayed
• Integrated authentication

Actual:

• User is presented with a login screen

@dbezborodovrp , we have removed the embed functionality because it is not a fully supported option at the moment.
