Tidying of the 1.0 Milestone!

Ahoy folks! I've taken a bit of time to organize the issues in the 1.0 - Andromeda milestone. In particular you'll notice that:

1. Issues are now prefixed with Feature:, Furniture:, Feature:, Spaces:, Neighorhood:, or Utilities:
2. Issues have multiple Tasks.

Anyone in @zinc-collective/convene-contributors can add tasks to Issues when they notice rough edges or opportunities for improvement. Further, each task should be "bite sized" enough that any mid-level+ full-stack Rails developer can pick it up and carry it over the finish line in 0~8 hours of focused time.

Hopefully this makes it a bit easier to identify and take on small pieces of work. What do ya think?
