Enable benchmarks in our CI pipeline. [Kyo](https://github.com/getkyo/kyo/blob/main/.github/workflows/bench.yml) and [zio-kafka](https://github.com/zio/zio-kafka/blob/master/.github/workflows/benchs.yml) should be used as reference implementations.
