Support for multi-part ZIP compression

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm creating ZIPs automatically, but the target platform only allow files <= 30MiB to upload.

Split the data directly is not correct implenentation of multi-part ZIP. We may follow 8.5.2~8.5.5 sections of https://pkware.cachefly.net/webdocs/casestudies/APPNOTE.TXT
