A new release with the latest lzma-rust2 version #479

I'd like to kindly ask for a new crates.io release that includes #465, so we can use the latest lzma-rust2 version. I can prepare a PR if that helps.
Judging from from the release notes, by keeping lzma-static and xz-static as dummy features, this could be a non-breaking release, which would be helpful for projects that get redistributed e.g. in linux distros. We currently support them by extending the range instead of bumping (i.e., >=2.2.3, <7), though that's easier the less breaking changes there are.
I've also checked in https://github.com/zip-rs/zip2/blob/master/SECURITY.md#supported-versions for the supported version policy, and the 3.x+ versions seem to be missing from that doc.
