Adjust "Multiple Choice" behaviour to be the same as desktop

Hello,
First of all: thank you for this awesome add-on!

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When using multiple choice cards on desktop I can click the text of the answer instead of the answer box to mark a specific answer as correct.

When I try this on mobile it will turn over the card. The “hitbox” of the answer box on mobile is so small, that you often accidentally answer the card without choosing all the answers you wanted.

Can you either increase the hitbox or allow for the text to be used, to mark the answer?

Describe alternatives you've considered
As a work around I adjusted the "Answer" area on mobile and iPad to not answer on the left side of the screen, so I dont accidentally answer the question, before selecting all answers.

I'm using the buttons on mobile to answer cards. The text is clickable for checking the respective item then. It seems Ankidroid doesn't recognize the overlay there, when you opt to use the areas to answer cards.

Phew, currently I have no plans nor time to modify this, I'm afraid. Should be possible to find out with a little help of an AI of your choice though. I could try to support if you're stuck.

I am using the iOS Mobile Version. What do you mean, with using the buttons? On Apple at least, you need to click anywhere on the screen for answering.

If there would be a dedicated button for answering that would be an option too, if the text is clickable then, maybe I just can’t find the option.

Ah, I always tend to forget that there's iOS around as well 😆. I'm sorry, I only know about Ankidroid.

On AnkiMobile it should totally be possible to switch to using the buttons in the https://docs.ankimobile.net/preferences.html#bottom-bar instead of the taps.
