[Feature Request]: set off-grid preset coding rate to 4/8 by default #319
Description
The frequency bandwidth and spreading factor need to remain the same in order to work as an off-grid repeat, but the coding rate can be set to 4/8 which will reduce speed but will increase range due to having more error correcting bits on the packet. And in such an off-grid scenario, you want the best range you can get. Nodes with different coding rates also can still understand each other, so changing it will have no effect on others
