Updating nginx

How can I update the nginx version on my servers?

I have a server with version nginx/1.19.3, and another one (installed more recently) with nginx/1.21.6

(We're using mup version 1.5.9)

I made a PR in this way #1359.
It would permit to use nginx-proxy which is still maintained or other nginx images.
