kyoo_api does not support sslmode = prefer

What happened?

When PGSSLMODE env variable was set to prefer, kyoo_apicould not connect to the database. Logs showed the following:

error: The server does not support SSL connections
      at <anonymous> (/$bunfs/root/server:8:16058)

Looking through the code, I see there's a comment about an upstream bug.

I still have hopes to migrate from pg to bun's builtin sql support but we are missing this feature: oven-sh/bun#18214
