Issues with run team meeting

Hello,
I am trying to replicate the whole nanobody design workflow and while individual meetings seem to work just fine, I have troubles running team meetings in parallel sessions. Usually, only one iteration make it to the end, while others are silently terminated. When I change number of iterations to 1, it seems to run ok.
Any suggestions how to fix this please?

I also recommend this small fix in utils.py at line 452:
with open(save_dir / f"{save_name}.md", "w", encoding="utf-8") as file:
It saved me many issues with the *.md reports from team meetings.

Hi @cayyya,

I'm not entirely sure what's causing the issue since it's failing silently, but I recently noticed that OpenAI increasingly crashes on content related to viruses due to potential harm to humans. This may be what's causing some of those runs to fail. If you don't mind the extra time running things sequentially rather than in parallel, I would recommend dropping the concurrent.futures and running a simple for loop to execute the meetings one-by-one so that any errors will be visible.
