Adding Additional Templates to ISSUE_TEMPLATE

Hello everyone!

I hope you're doing well. I was going through the repository to start contributing to the project. And I felt like there should be templates for more types of issues like enhancement requests, document issues, Security Vulnerability Reports, and Performance Issues.

I would like to listen to your opinion about this. Looking forward to making my first PR soon. On approval, I would like to work on the same. Looking forward to your thoughts and guidance.

One more doubt, Is it necessary to update the changes made in the docs to the changelog file?
