The Plumeria skeleton wasn't present from the start, but was gradually formed.
First it was a static extraction needed for HMR.

I created a table of variants and completely eliminated the bracket syntax.

Rather than implementing it, it's more like I just discovered that the code is no longer needed in the main module.

Only the entry point export {} css.js files have been intentionally left in because they are required by frameworks such as react-router, vite-vue, vite-svelte, and astro.
