SSL Error for new setup

Describe the bug

Error: https://veilid.zulipchat.com does not appear to be a valid Zulip server. Make sure that
• You can connect to that URL in a web browser.
• If you need a proxy to connect to the Internet, that you've configured your proxy in the Network settings.
• It's a Zulip server. (The oldest supported version is 1.6).
• The server has a valid certificate.
• The SSL is correctly configured for the certificate. Check out the SSL troubleshooting guide -

To Reproduce

Fresh install of Zulip from the web (homebrew or website) results in a https warning for Zulip Cloud instance created this morning.

Expected behavior

Whatever it looks like when you successfully add an organization.

I tried to reproduce the error you described, but I wasn't able to encounter it on my end. Here's what I tested:

• Environment: macOS 26.3, Zulip Desktop downloaded from web
• Steps followed:
  1. Fresh install of Zulip Desktop from the official website
  2. Attempted to add the organization: https://veilid.zulipchat.com
  3. Completed the login flow successfully without encountering the SSL/server validation error

Since the issue isn't reproducing for me, could you help me providing more details?
Any additional context would be really helpful.

I was able to double check over the weekend. The server was being blocked from that location and it works fine here. Thank you for your patience, it's resolved.
