Now that we've published a new app, we should collect reviews, so that the app's current quality becomes apparent.

Both platforms

User qualifications

  • Usage:

    • Mobile app installed at least 14 days ago
    • Opened the app at least 3x this week
    • Opened the app at least 30x lifetime
    • Signed into an organization that’s at least 1 month old
  • Session:

    • At least 3 minutes after start
  • Prior feedback:

    • Has never said "yes to one of these prompts
    • Android Hasn’t responded "could be better" in the last year.

Frequency limits

  • At least 30 days since last time
  • At most 3x/year (on both platforms)

Triggers

We want the user to have taken an action that hopefully completes the train of thought on a conversation:

  • Sent a message (delay a bit and make sure user isn’t typing more?)
  • Added a reaction while scrolled to the bottom
  • Opened empty inbox
  • Pressed “mark as read” button in combined feed

Others to consider; maybe hold off until we see if the others are too rare:

  • Scrolled to the bottom of N conversations?
