Description
Now that we've published a new app, we should collect reviews, so that the app's current quality becomes apparent.
Both platforms
User qualifications

Usage:
- Mobile app installed at least 14 days ago
- Opened the app at least 3x this week
- Opened the app at least 30x lifetime
- Signed into an organization that’s at least 1 month old

Session:
- At least 3 minutes after start

Prior feedback:
- Has never said "yes to one of these prompts
- Android Hasn’t responded "could be better" in the last year.
Frequency limits
- At least 30 days since last time
- At most 3x/year (on both platforms)
Triggers
We want the user to have taken an action that hopefully completes the train of thought on a conversation:
- Sent a message (delay a bit and make sure user isn’t typing more?)
- Added a reaction while scrolled to the bottom
- Opened empty inbox
- Pressed “mark as read” button in combined feed
Others to consider; maybe hold off until we see if the others are too rare:
- Scrolled to the bottom of N conversations?
