 What does it do?
 Basically, it generates Discord applications. It's pretty buggy and shitty. I don't know if I'll update this because it's stupid. It uses Discord tokens for rate limitation, so if you have a lot of alts and want to mass DM someone, this bot is for you. If you get an error when creating an application that says "unauthorized," you probably need more Discord tokens. If you don't have more Discord tokens, just open the Python code as many times as you want it to create and make the thread 1 for a lesser chance to get that error. If anyone knows how to fix the error "unauthorized," please add me on Discord: "valray" or "valray#5901".
