Only show RSSI channel 3 for controllers with a Long Range region #134
Description
When the Z-Wave controller is set to a region without Long Range support, channel 3 for the background RSSI shows nonsensical values (+127 dBm, 0 dBm avg.)
Can we dynamically hide those based on the controller region?
