Zooz ZST10 700 Firmware

Although not directly provided by Zooz, this repo links out to available updates for this dongle, and provides a compatbility table for which versions of firmware can safely upgrade. Within this readme is a link to the "demo-applications.zip" archive containing the latest firmware for the Zooz named zwave_ncp_serial_api_controller_BRD4202A.gbl, checksum 30a1234f98b5bfbca8cdaa732164b1e8. Would it be possible to get this added so users of this stick can finally update its firmware through Z-Wave JS?

We will not accept firmware updates hosted by third parties. All updates must come from the respective device manufacturer. We make an exception for firmwares that are publicly hosted by the manufacturer, but those will still require the manufacturer's review before merging.

You can just upload the respective file in the UI of HA or Z-Wave JS UI though. You don't have to go through the firmware update service.

The link provided in the guide I linked (this one) is from SiliconLabs' repository, who provides firmware for Zooz ZST10 700 stick. The only difference here is that, in order to grab the correct firmware, the demo-applications.zip file needs to be downloaded and the correct firmware selected. I tried doing this manually, both in and out of bootloader only mode, and it failed to flash (not bricked, but didn't do anything) thus why I submitted this issue.

If you share driver logs on loglevel debug I can take a look what's going on.

In any case Zooz would need to host the correct file. We can't pick an arbitrary file from a zip archive in the update process.
