Naming of Entities confusion

Using Domoticz with the MQTT integration, I have my MQTT set up like this under the HomeAssitent section:

But new devices come in with this naming scheme

So the name I setup is within the ()

Is there a way to have that be the device name only?

@Rouzax could you show me a screenshot of your control panel? By looking at the source code seems I only use node.name and nothing else, for some reason the name you have is including also the ()

@Rouzax I don't see those strange names in discovery payload here so it means it's domoticz assigning them for some reason

That's coming from the entity name template, I see you have spaces defined on the template no clue why them are not added in the final template as well 🤔

They are added in the name that is further down that is coming from the template

But further up the entity is named "Keuken-Koffienis Verlichting"

I'm thinking that I can rename the naming template to just - %l as it will get the room and device name from the name entity
