Update to version 10.0.x

After update to version 10.0.x (all three versions doing this) all devices become unknown:

Revert back to version 9.33.1 returned to normal:

I would raise a bug but nobody else seems complaining, did I miss something?
Log attached, log is clearly saying "unknown device":
z-ui_current.log
