Migration from ZMEEUZB1 to new Aeotec Z-Wave Stick 10 pro (ZWA060)

I'm trying to migrate my ZWave network from an old ZWave-Me ZMEEUZB1 to a new Aeotec Z-Wave Stick 10 pro.
I made a backup from the NVM of the old stick and tried to restore it on the new one. After the the restore process, the network on the new stick is still empty. The only device is the Z-Stick 10 Pro beeing Node 1.

Maybe its worth mentioning that the sticks are not plugged into the same computer since I migrate from a VM to a Docker container on a RPi4 but I copied over the settings.json so I use the same configuration (except for the device node of the stick) for both instances.

Any advice? Or is it not possible to migrate from the one stick to the other?

Please make a driver log of the restore NVM process, loglevel debug and attach it here as a file (drag & drop into the text field).

Which SDK version is the old stick on?
Needs to be at least 6.61, otherwise the migration does not work.

I also recently fixed a bug that prevents showing an error in this case, but it hasn't been released yet.

It says FW: v5.5 SDK: v6.51.6 so it's probably too old.
Would it help to install a firmware update on the old stick? Not sure if it's upgradable though.

Yes, but you'll likely need Z-Way to do that, or the tool that can be downloaded at https://z-wave.me/support/uzbrazberry-firmwares/

There's map of firmwares at https://service.z-wave.me/expertui/uzb-stats/versions-graph.html?hw=277&with_hidden, which is quite unwieldy.
Click the node for your current firmware version, and look at the possible upgrades, in this case

The fileUrl is what you need to append to https://service.z-wave.me/expertui/uzb/ to get the download URL.

AFAIK you should for each step:

• do the bootloader updates first
• then do the firmware upgrade
• DO NOT perform region changes or channel changes
• then continue with the next step

You need to get to 5.16 at least.

Thanks again! I managed to update the old ZMEEUZB1 stick to Firmware 5.23 and then the NVM export worked!
