MQTT commands ignored by ZWave-JS

[warren64c]

I am sending a command via MQTT and ZWave-JS just ignores it. You can see the command being issued in the debug log screen but nothing happens.
Here is the ignored command:
MQTT: Message received on zwave/_CLIENTS/ZWAVE_GATEWAY-zwavejs2mqtt/api/refreshInfo/set: '{ "args": [ 79 ] }'
