[Question] Device can't be added /Security Keys Missing When Using Zwave JS UI

I am trying to setup a ZST39 LR and ZES40 again with with Zwave JS UI on a Truenas system for use with Home Assistant also on that system ( so I can't use addons). It is complaining about the security keys missing. I see nothing in Home Assistant or Zwave JS UI to fix this. When I trying pressing the button to add the device, it adds it but it looks like it can't recognize the device so it doesn't have any of its functionality. When I try to add it with the QR code, it can't find the device. I suspect this problem has to do with the missing security keys. How do I fix this?

You can generate random keys in the Z-Wave configuration: https://zwave-js.github.io/zwave-js-ui/#/usage/setup?id=z-wave

Under the "Security keys" Note see:

You can generate a random key by clicking the double arrows at the end of the key box.

I didn't even think Z-Wave JS would run these days w/o security keys.

I found the drop down menu. I added all the keys and saved it. I still have the same issues.
