All nodes down after computer reboot

I have a windows computer running ZWaveJS UI 11.9.1 Windows. Been working for years. I recently rebooted and now none of the nodes will work.

Tried restarting, rerouting, re-interviewing but I'm still where I'm at. The light if it's really relevant on the AEON labs Z-Stick Gen5 shows a green light. Thoughts?

If you are using Z-UI latest please click the debug wizard button on the topbar (the one with 🔎 icon) to start a debug session and follow instructions in the dialog, otherwise make a driver log, loglevel debug.

Once done attach it here as a file (drag & drop into the text field).

Does this work across driver restarts? I'll need to see a driver log of the startup on loglevel debug.
