Describe the bug

In at least one scenario, the last seen time is cut off in compact view. That scenario is on my iPhone 13 Pro Max in the HAOS add-on where the time format definitely does not match that which is configured on my phone or my HA profile (so I'm not sure where the time format is coming from and thus can't really be sure where the date format is coming from, either).

To Reproduce

Have a date and time format combined with a date and time that produces a long enough output to lead to the text presumably wrapping.

Expected behavior

The text could shrink or the tile could expand.

Additional context

See the following screen snippet where the left tile is a ZWA and the time on my phone at the time of the screenshot read 22:11 (in other words, the tile on the left should have a PM the same way the tile on the right does).

Hi @The00Dustin. By defaut all date-time strings are using the locale browser settings or, when defined, the timezone from the TZ env var.

I suggest you to try setting TZ env var to your tz
