Scrolling is not smooth

Is this normal that there's some lag when scrolling? It looks like the animation is limited to 15 fps.

Can you provide more info please? I mean the device and browser info.

I have the same effect.

When i scroll there is some laggin, the scroll is note smooth.

I'm on a next.js app
