Can we replicate dynamic ques/ans loading behavior while scrolling towards bottom ?

Like in actual quora when we scroll downwards , it keep fetching similar ques/ans content , so is it possible to achieve same behavior in this project ? If not then is their any way to achieve similar behavior ? I installed today only and found it fetches extremely limited ques/ans and sometimes it just fetches quora assistant content only :-((
