Fail to compile/build/install?

So normal.
Either you can follow the instruction of HOW-TO-BUILD and get ready to waste a day of your life,
or simply download xxx.whl from Release and 'pip install xxx.whl'.

First of all thanks for your work, you have saved me a lot of time with this repo.

I have an updated version of the repo with the minor corrections needed:

• Updated mirrors
• Updated README.md to match version requirements.
  And a new wheel for CUDA 10.0 cuDNN 7.4 to share.

I would like to push my branch and do a PR, I'll wait your answer.

If you prefer I can make the PR by forking but I don't know how to share the wheel with you in the proper way

Thanks for your work, you can just contribute your code by giving me a pull request, and then I will merge your update into this repo. You're also welcome to fork this repo
