Fix PR review feedback: broken links, placeholders, redirects, and accuracy

- Replace TestFlight PLACEHOLDER URLs with real beta link in 3 files
- Fix double /docs/docs/ prefix in content links (7 instances) and sidebar (3 instances)
- Update broken index.mdx links for moved pages (rocketsim-connect, appearance, general-app-actions)
- Add Astro redirects for old URLs (appearance, rocketsim-connect, user-defaults-editor, general-app-actions)
- Correct side window placement options: replace "top" with "dynamic"
