Neural Boundary Game — Commercial Use
Organizations that require any of the following must obtain an AxonOS Commercial License:
- Embedding the engine in proprietary software
- Distributing modified closed-source versions
- Removing AGPL-3.0-only disclosure requirements
- Operating commercial white-label deployments
- Integrating the engine into a proprietary BCI product
- Using premium AxonOS modules not released under AGPL

Commercial engagements are governed by a written agreement, an invoice, and defined deliverables. DOGE payments, if used, require a separate invoice and confirmed on-chain settlement; browser-only confirmation does not grant rights.
Use of this software in a closed-source or proprietary product without a signed AxonOS Commercial License Agreement is a violation of the AGPL-3.0-only terms and AxonOS intellectual property rights.
