🎯 Proposal

Add Agile Sensing Kit (ASK) as an official community template for Spec2Cloud.

Repository: https://github.com/tidoemanuele/agile-sensing-kit

✨ What ASK Adds

ASK extends Spec2Cloud with:

🎉 Party Mode — Multi-Agent Brainstorming

All 10 agents join conversations together for dynamic group discussions:

  • PM asks "WHY?", Architect champions boring technology, Dev references file paths, TEA calculates risks
  • Natural cross-talk and debates between agents
  • Perfect for brainstorming, architecture decisions, sprint planning

🧠 Persistent Memory via Beads

  • Git-backed graph-based issue tracker
  • Agents remember context across sessions
  • Dependencies, blocking relationships, cross-session coordination
  • CLI access via bd command

📬 Agent Mail

  • Inter-agent communication system
  • Thread-based discussions with persistent history
  • File reservation system to prevent conflicts

📋 Enhanced Workflows

  • Greenfield: Idea → Party Mode → /prd → /frd → /plan → /implement → /deploy
  • Brownfield: Existing code → /rev-eng → /modernize → documentation

🔧 Technical Details

Feature Details
Agents 10 specialized (ASK orchestrator, PM, Dev Lead, Dev, Azure, Tech Analyst, Modernizer, Planner, Architect, TEA)
Prompts 11 workflow prompts
Memory Beads CLI + SQLite + JSONL (git-backed)
Communication Agent Mail MCP server
Deployment Codespaces-ready, Azure deployment

📦 Demo

See the demo video in the repository showing Party Mode in action.

🤝 Relationship to Spec2Cloud

ASK builds on Spec2Cloud's foundation, adding:

  • Multi-agent orchestration (Party Mode)
  • Persistent memory layer (Beads)
  • Agent communication (Agent Mail)

Happy to discuss integration options!
