How to Backup the Files and Database

Hi how can I Backup and Restore the Files and the Database ?
Some folder in the Official have not fond in the Share
Where I can found them ?

I just use home assistant os backup, but others files are in addon_config folder

Other Option ist OneDrive Backup or an AddOn like that :) Works fine
