Migrate to own container / install

Hey lads! I am about to decouple the addon from my HomeAssistant install and I was wondering if there was a way I could migrate the settings and data from the docker container to another paperless install? I am a noob so a guide would be really appreciated!

You can use document exporter then import it in your new installation
