Editable Table not leveraging default lookup view

I'm using this control as a subgrid. The records in this grid have and a field that is a lookup. For some reason, the default lookup view is not being used. The wired thing is that it works in the development environment, but not test or production. I have checked to see if there are any unmanaged layers interfering and there are none. When I swap the bever control out for a powerapps editable grid, the lookup view works correctly. Any ideas?

In the current version of Editable Table control lookup views are not supported. We are using the primary field of the lookup to show in the dropdown.
View support will be added in the future releases.
