I tried converting the Plotting in depth coordinates section of the Overturning_Circulation.ipynb notebook to use MOM6, but ran into issues. The zonal average of rho2_zonal_mean is non-monotonic nearly everywhere in the ACCESS-OM3-25km IAF experiment MC_25km_jra_iaf+wombatlite-test3v2-00532b88 and so mapping the zonal average rho2 to depth is not possible. Therefore I've deleted this code from the notebook.
If we want this code back as an example for MOM5 only, here is the old version:
