[Feature Request] Clear empty space on USER partition when doing eMMC backup

Add the ability to create a eMMC RAW GPP with the free space bytes set to zero, especially the USER Partition, so that compressing it saves that disk space, especially in the cloud.

It will take forever to clear it in that context. hekate runs in BPMP which is not the main beefy cpu (it's like a GBA cpu).
Creating the logic for reading and traversing the encrypted fat chain, checking the encryption block boundaries while seeing where's empty space and then writing would be ultra slow.
It would extremely faster if you just copy it to pc and clear it there with a nx pc tool.

I may test that at some point and see how fast it is.
