Currently, users cannot easily connect ChatbotX with third-party applications (such as external CRMs, email marketing services, spreadsheets, payment gateways, or ERPs) without writing custom API code or setting up complex manual webhooks.

This limits ChatbotX’s ecosystem integration capabilities and slows down workflow automation for non-technical users and businesses looking to automate operations across multiple tools.

Describe the solution you'd like

Integrate ChatbotX with popular automation platforms including Make, Zapier, Pabbly Connect, and n8n.

Key Functionalities Needed:

1. Inbound Automation (Triggers / Actions in ChatbotX):

   • Receive events from external apps via automation tools to send messages/broadcasts, trigger specific flow nodes/AI agents, or update contact/lead custom fields.

2. Outbound Automation (Events from ChatbotX):

   • Send triggers to external tools when events occur in ChatbotX (e.g., New Contact Created, Message Received, Flow Completed, Tag Added, Custom Attribute Updated).

3. Platform Support & Apps:

   • Zapier: Native Zapier Integration App (Triggers & Actions).
   • Make (Integromat): Custom App / Public Webhook modules.
   • Pabbly Connect: Standard Webhook & API integration endpoints.
   • n8n: Custom Node or standard HTTP Webhook integration compatibility.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Manual Webhooks & REST API: Requires custom coding, server infrastructure, and ongoing maintenance for non-technical users.
• Direct Native Integrations: Building separate 1-to-1 integrations for each app (e.g., Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce) takes significantly more development effort compared to connecting with workflow automation aggregators like Make/Zapier/n8n/Pabbly.
