[Feature]: 希望动态支持置顶和私密功能

有时需要将某些动态置顶，以及不希望他人看到某些动态，希望能够实现相关功能

1.通过识别md文件中的frontmatter，实现一条或多条动态置顶，并标有置顶标记
2.将动态分为公开和私密，私密的动态需要密码才能访问，默认只显示公开动态
