Dapperdox as a centralized "API Catalog"

It would be really useful to have support for using Dapperdox as a centralized API Catalog. I would see it valuable if I could publish all my API Description using single Dapperdox instance.

@suulperi You can specify multiple specifications for a single instance of Dapperdox. Simply use the -spec-filename=url1,url2,url3...
