Windows smart screen blocking installer.

When downloading the installer via the user enrollment or just from the defguard website windows defender smart screen comes up blocking the program. Past versions don't do this and install just fine.

Hi we are waiting on this to get fixed before we move customers to your VPN. You need to update the installer with signed code to get rid of this ASAP
