[Feature Request] Ability to use OpenBK7231T Devices

This would be useful as it would allow devices with these WiFi chips to interface with HomeApp. Currently looking to put this firmware on my Feit Electric TAPE16 and would love to use HomeApp to interact with the lights and change their colors (ideally with the ability to save color presents).
